In 1995, Chief Davis relocated to Atlanta, GA to work for a security company known as Interstate Protection Services (IPS) providing armed security for Atlanta Housing Authority. He learned different techniques on how to deal with and respond to calls for services related to domestic violence, assaults, and drug activity. He ascended through the ranks to Lieutenant, in addition to working alongside the police department. From 1996-2001 Chief Davis became a certified Fugitive Recovery Investigator (Bail Agent) in Fulton County, GA. Between 2001-2005,Chief Davis also opened his own security company known D.P.S. Enforcement, providing services ranging from personnel working on site to random vehicle patrol.
